An award-winning vegetarian restaurant in Vancouver

Contact Us
The Naam Cafe was founded back in 1968 as a place for people to gather and enjoy "the good life." And today we remain true to our conception. We're a very busy full-service vegetarian restaurant located in the heart of Vancouver's Kitsilano district.

Unfortunately we do not take reservations. However, we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The only day we close is on Christmas day. From the fresh and pure ingredients we use in our menu to the warm atmosphere maintained through staying small and live musical talents every evening, we're dedicated to the good life!

Vegetarian, anytime!

Hunger can strike at any hour. Whether you're kick starting your day or ending your evening, our kitchen is ready to satisfy your hunger with delicious vegetarian cuisine.

Come and enjoy our menus any hour, any season. In the winter we keep it cozy using our fireplace to keep warm, and during the summer you can enjoy our beautiful garden patio!
Our Menus

Fresh and organic

The Naam is the city's oldest natural foods restaurant. We have over 30 years of experience in serving vegetarian and vegan dishes to the people Vancouver and visitors alike.

Our menus consist of fresh and pure ingredients for which you can taste the difference. Your mouth will thank us for using free-range eggs, organic Yukon Gold potatoes from the Fraser Valley, pure Canadian maple syrup, organic blueberries and much more!

Live music

The Naam is more than just a quality vegetarian restaurant. It's a gathering place for old friends and an atmosphere in which you can make new connections.

Every evening there is live music from 7 - 10 pm. And although our stage is small, it fits some pretty big acts! Our stage hosts mainly artists from blues, folk and jazz musical backgrounds.
